Accounts with pending KYC verification may have restrictions applied to withdrawals until verification is completed.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. bit365 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts consistent with its prevailing dormancy policy, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the bit365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Transactions initiated in foreign currencies may be converted at prevailing exchange rates, and any associated conversion costs are borne by the Player.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. bit365 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa credit/debit cards, and Mastercard credit/debit cards. bit365 reserves the right to add, remove, or suspend any payment method without prior notice.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on bit365 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to fund your bit365 Account, subject to the KYC verification requirements set out in Section 4.5. 5.5 Withdrawal Fees. bit365 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers or financial institutions are outside bit365's control and are borne by the Player.
5.6 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your bit365 Account, you warrant that the funds deposited are from lawful sources and that you are not using bit365 for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity. bit365 cooperates fully with AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) reporting requirements under Philippine law.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the bit365 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game conduct, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.
6.2 RNG Certification. 10.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bit365's aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. bit365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10.4 Force Majeure. bit365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, cyber attacks, or pandemics.
11.1 Termination by bit365. bit365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continuation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, any verified available balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC and fraud checks. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not yet met wagering requirements are forfeited upon termination.
11.3 Termination by Player. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bit365 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
